AuraDesk integrates with Google APIs to provide seamless calendar automation. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AuraDesk accesses the following Google user data: Google Calendar events and primary calendar settings.
We use this data solely to check your availability and book 30-minute appointments directly on your calendar as requested by your callers. The use of Google user data is strictly limited to providing or improving the application's user-facing functionality. We do not use this data to train AI models, and we do not sell or transfer this data to third parties for reasons other than providing our core scheduling service.
OAuth tokens (such as Google Calendar refresh tokens) are secured using AES-256 encryption at the application layer to prevent unauthorized access.
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You can request complete deletion of your Google data at any time by emailing ray@techinvolved.dev or clicking "Delete Account" in your dashboard settings.
To provide our core communication services, we may collect your phone number when you explicitly opt-in via our website or service agreements.
No Mobile Information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt-out by texting STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, or CANCEL.
