AuraDesk ("we", "our", or "us") is a flagship product of TechInvolved and is owned and operated by Rayan Vakil. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we handle your data. This policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through our autonomous voice AI services.
AuraDesk integrates with Google APIs to provide seamless calendar automation. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AuraDesk accesses the following Google user data: Google Calendar events and primary calendar settings.
We use this data solely to check your availability and book 30-minute appointments directly on your calendar as requested by your callers. The use of Google user data is strictly limited to providing or improving the application's user-facing functionality. We do not use this data to train AI models, and we do not sell or transfer this data to third parties for reasons other than providing our core scheduling service.
Google OAuth tokens and calendar metadata are stored securely using Supabase Vault with AES-256 encryption. Access is strictly limited to authorized backend systems via service-role keys.
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You can request complete deletion of your Google data at any time by emailing techinvolvedbuilds@gmail.com or clicking "Delete Account" in your dashboard settings.
